Design Concept & Meaning
The 2013-14 AC Milan home kit stayed loyal to the club’s traditional red and black stripes but refined it by introducing narrower lines and subtle black pinstripes between the red bands. This was part of the season’s overarching theme:
“Two colors. Millions of fans. A single passion.”
The shirt embodied the unity and passion of Milan’s global fanbase.

The V-neck collar replaced the oversized collar from the previous season and added a more modern, athletic feel. Additionally, a small Italian tricolor (green, white, red) detail was included on the back of the neck—representing national pride and improved breathability.
Gold trim along the shoulder stripes, sleeves, and collar gave the kit a luxurious tone, reinforcing the club’s elite status in world football.
